








Yoga is Back!
Serratus is please to announce that Monday night yoga classes are back, starting on May 7th and running until June 25th.
Each hour-long session starts at 8:15 pm. Finally, a reason to look forward to Mondays!

Five Years of Fitness
It has been five years since Serratus opened its doors and started helping Winnipeg become healthier.

We continue to employ university educated trainers that have a thirst for knowledge and continue to share their passion with their clients. Our team now stands six strong, ranging from pre/post-natal fitness training to rehabilitation through our athletic therapist.
We are continuing to upgrade our skills and decipher the ever-changing field of health and wellness… all with the goal of providing our clients with the most current, effective, and efficient way to improve their well-being.

Jazzercise Classes Starting This Fall
Jazzercise classes start on September 22, running until November 10 from 5:30-6:30 pm.
What is Jazzercise?
Burn up to 600 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Every Jazzercise group fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Start dancing yourself fit and change the shape of your body today!

The Biggest Loser: Teen Challenge
12 Weeks to a Healthier You!
This challenge is for obese* teens ages 13-18. Work with a psychologist and a Serratus Personal Trainer throughout the summer and learn about nutrition, physical health, and general wellness. Discover motivational techniques that help you learn healthy eating and exercise habits.

The Biggest Loser Challenge!
A contest you say?
Not just a contest…an intensive 6 weeks of weight reduction camps and partner training sessions to focus you on shedding those extra pounds that you’ll be glad to miss. Plus, the biggest loser wins credits towards further training at Slick Boxing & Conditioning!
Contest Rules
- Participants must be visibly overweight to qualify for the contest.***
- Maximum 12 participants per camp.
- Measurements are confidential. The winners in both categories must be willing to release the details of the amount of weight loss and amount of cm’s lost in order to receive the prize.
- The first camp will be a nutritional seminar to help you plan your nutritional goals, and give you tips on how to fuel your weight loss!
- If a participant loses more than 8% of body mass from the time of the 3rd weigh-in to the final weigh-in, they will be disqualified from winning any prizes. This is to ensure that participants are not dehydrating themselves in order to win the contest.
***For those interested in this class who do not qualify for participation (not visibly overweight), please contact Jeremy. I have been working on a contest for you!
