Class Descriptions
GROUP CLASSES
Bosu
Sculpting and toning your body by using your bodyweight, balance and synergetic movement. Bands and weights will also be used to compliment this fun workout.
Yoga
Classes will challenge your core while empowering your mind and spirit. You will think clearer, breathe effortlessly, and move more efficiently. Hatha and all levels welcomed.
Boxing
60 min boxer’s workout will include skipping, shadowboxing, heavy & speed bag exercises. This workout is great for first time boxers and people with limited time in the ring. This class does not involve body contact, is set in a fun atmosphere, and challenges your fitness, balance, coordination, and conditioning. Excellent for those looking to learn the art of boxing! An advanced 90 min class is available for ring veterans and those wanting to take their skills & conditioning to the next level!
Circuit Class
Try one of our circuit classes, one hour of combined strength, aerobic and flexibility training. Tone your body in a fun class setting where exercises are easily adapted to all levels – beginners to advanced!
Strength & Stretch
Combination of core strength training on a mat; including sit-ups, back extensions, push-ups and lower body conditioning followed by extensive stretching exercises. (1 hour session)
Kylee Evening Bootcamp
This high-energy mix of cardio and strength training will burn fat, increase your metabolism, and tighten your body. Work-out with an encouraging and supportive group where you will push, pull, and crunch your way to better health and fitness.
