WE ARE NOW BOOKING INTO JANUARY 2024!
SMC would be happy to host your next PINJA party! For the first hour, coaches will lead your group of participants through a combination of Parkour and Ninja Warrior. You and your party peeps will then head up for 30 minutes in our Party Room where you get to call the shots; decorate it your way and serve the food and beverages that work best for your group! You will have access to a fridge/freezer, tables, chairs. After celebrating in our party room, their coach will bring them back to the gym for 30 more minutes of activity! The coach is there to keep everyone safe, offer guidance and move equipment around as necessary, but otherwise this is your chance to “try it all”.
Party runs for 2 hours in total. The host will be given a Parkour/Ninja Warrior sticker and an SMC silicone wrist band for each attendee. We ask that your participants wear this band for the duration of the party. Stickers can be added to loot bags or given to the participants as you see fit. (Larger items such as water bottles, t-shirts and sport bags can be added for a fee. Just ask!)

One Coach Party: includes 10 participants & 2 supervising adults

additional participants (up to 15 total) can be added for $20 per person, additional parents $10 per person
Two Coach Party: includes 20 participants & 4 supervising adults

price for 20 kids (two coaches) $449+ gst, $100 deposit required upon booking,
additional participants (up to 25 total) can be added for $20 per person, additional parents $10 per person
90 minutes activity, 30 minutes in the party room
Client is responsible for bringing all food, beverages, cutlery, napkins, etc.
Everyone must wear clean indoor running shoes
Clients will be provided with a sticker and wrist band for each participant to either distribute themselves or add to Loot Bags.

To secure a birthday party booking, a $50-100 deposit is required. Until the deposit is received (either in person or via credit card over the phone), the requested time slot is open to be booked by the first person to put down a deposit. Upon booking, you will be asked if you require one or two instructors. We require 7 days minimum of changes either way (i.e. booked 2 instructors, and only need one) otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
Deposit is forfeited if birthday party is cancelled less than 7 days prior to date booked. If cancelled with more than 7 days notice, deposit can be moved to another day or will be put onto SMC account.
