Birthday Party Facilitators

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to work with birthday party groups.  These groups range in age from 5 to adult and parties run for 2 hours.  During Pinja parties, facilitators take participants through elements of the Ninja Warrior and Parkour courses, supervise free-time and ensure kids are having fun while being safe.  The same responsibilities exist for Gelly Blastin' Parties but with the added benefit of getting to design games and mazes to encourage optimal Blastin' fun!

Birthday Party Facilitators work on a contract basis therefore you set your own hours and only accept shifts when your schedule allows.  Parties run on Saturdays and Sundays.

What Can SMC Do For You?

All who work at Serratus Movement Centre have free access to the facility for their personal workouts.  (This includes the parkour/ninja warrior equipment as well as cardio/strength equipment). Those who meet at minimum weekly availability have the option to bring a friend or family member for personal workouts as well.

We offer competitive wages and a very supportive team environment.  Coaches assist Front Desk Associates, Front Desk Associates assist Coaches.  And owners assist everyone!
